We produce Giclée prints using Epson long life pigment inks on a wide range of archival media
including 100% cotton matte and gloss papers, fibre based Bartya papers, textured fine art
papers, photographic lustre papers and heavy weight, fine weave canvas.
All materials are properly archivally handled and cured, and we supply large diameter high
impact tubes for safe transport.
We ship interstate by overnight courier, and overseas with international couriers.
Canvas printing, sealing and stretching
We print on a heavy weight, fine weave archival canvas and seal with an Australian made
archival UV sealant. Under accelerated longevity testing in the USA this sealed canvas has
been awarded an archival life in excess of 100 years.
Prior to printing we check all files and adjust and retouch as necessary in consultation with
the artist to ensure that an excellent output result is achieved.
We will discuss all the canvas edge wrapping options, the most popular being a ‘mirrored
edge’ where the outer edges of the face of the print are mirrored to wrap around the
edges of the stretcher frame, providing a pleasing and continuous wrap around appearance.
After image adjustment, printing, curing, spray sealing and drying time, the canvas prints
are professionally stretched using custom made 38mm or 32mm deep stretcher frames.
All file adjusting, printing, sealing and stretching processes are performed in house to
ensure a consistently high quality.
